does this sound like a ruptured cyst?

So yesterday i was using the bathroom and felt a gush of water. It wasn't pee because i couldn't stop it. Then during sex i was damn near doubled over from pain. And its still hurting. I had/have a ovarian cyst that was 6 cm

I have had a ruptured cyst. I was in so much pain I couldn't do anything. You could have popped it.
