Is he the one that answered an ad or placed an ad hoping to meet a boy but ended up killing the boy's sister when he went to thier house instead?

Yes. But he murdered alot of children and ate them. His reasoning with the psychiatrist at the jail before his execution was unreal. He was deeply religious. Who knew?
