My cousin is going to pickup pecans for extra money but...she says she has no one to leave her DS with (he's 10 months old) so she's going to take him with her.
She asked my opinion and said she's going to take his playpen so he can play in the shade while she's working.

I told her I honestly don't know anything about that type stuff and as long as he's not in the sun or in danger I don't see what the issue would be.
I know she's a single mom & trying hard to make extra money while she's in school & off work for her vacation this week so IMO props to her for wanting to do whatever it takes to make ends meet.

But what's your opinion? Would you let your DS or DD chill in the playpen while your doing outside work in the shade? or Not?

It's been in the mid 80's here & suppose to be the same for the next few weeks. Lowest we've seen is lower 70's at night.
