Sex, Castor Oil and Red Hot Chili Peppers....

Ok, I'm 39 week and I am DONE with this pregnancy...I keep getting BH nightly but they never last more than 2-3 hours and no real signs of labor yet! =[

I am ready to get this thing kick started as soon as possiable (without medical intervention)

Are there any tricks to get this labor going?

Sex kick started my labor. Nothing will work unless your body is ready though.

not really... when baby is ready baby will come. youcan do whatever you want but if the baby isn't ready the baby isn't going to come. But I'd stick with sex and walks. No Castor Oil. you wont be pergnant forever :). With my last i played bocce ball and had him teh next day. I was having contractions a lot though the few days before so he probably would have come regardless... sorry i kow nothing that you want to hear lol. but it is what it is.

Oh.  I imagined something kinky before I came in here. Just walk it out.

sex, spicy foods, walking, birth ball exercises. Try to avoid the Castor oil it can cause dehydration and the poops. Good  luck!
