What kind of things do you do? I started to see a trainer last week. Its only Wednesdays and fridays for an hour. I need to be doing something in between. I know dh has a gym membership so I might go on the days I don't see the trainer

Yoga for an hour in the mornings, insanity every other day and running every other day.

I do a lot of running about 9-13 miles a week. I also surf, if its flat ill go out and paddle for an hour because it's such a good core work out. My advice is if it isn't a water sport use the Pandora and work out to the beat of the music. I listen to today's hits because its so up beat. So ill run for the fast part the slow down for the slow part of the song :)

Also I find it better to run outside rather than treadmills because the changing incline and different things to look at and control over speed.

Insanity and Jillian Micheals. I've been combining these 2 for about 2 weeks and I have already lost 8 lbs :)

I also do beginers Pilates in the morning to wake me up.
