I can't believe i did it!

I walked 2.12 miles a few minutes ago. I haven't walked like that in a long time. The days I don't see the trainer im going to walk. The pic is the path I took. I love the water and the ducks. I walked there and round to britney and on the way back justin.

I so need to do this. just been waiting for the weather to cool down. we still a good 90 degrees everyday and I just can't get out and walk when its that hot. hopefully in a few weeks it will cool down enough I can get out and start again.

 I walk a lot it's the only thing that will keep me from killing the hubby sometimes. lol It is extremely therapeutic. I use to prefer cleaning but then I had kids and they wont stop touching things. :( lol
