Emotional, sad, heartbroken

I'm a mess.
A very dear friend of mine passed away this evening with stage 4 Ovarian Cancer. It all started because she was having major cramps and her stomach was very bloated and she couldn't even walk into the hospital four years ago.
She just turned 28.
She had a complete histarectomy four years ago and has been through bouts of chemotherapy.
She never got to be a mother (what she really wanted to be). I'm sad for her family. I know she was in some horrific pain 98% of the time and I know she's better off and not in pain anymore. I am crying and can't quit.

I have tears in my eyes. That is so tragic. So sorry for your loss. I have not been in for my check up for 4 years now. I am going to find a Dr. and schedule the appointment.
