Tweezers... Try to squeeze it out.

My aunt uses a needle. Not sure how she does it but its painless. She says tweezers push it back it. I guess it depends how deep it is

How big is it? Take a needle, soak it in alcohol for a few seconds, then pick it out. It usually doesn't hurt that bad with a needle.
