How would you handle this ? (Short)

I loaned a girl I work with $500. We signed a contract. She has paid it all back but $150 and is like a month behind the agreement. I just found out she's going to a Dallas Cowboy game next week. Best way to handle it? GO!

1. Never loan money unless you expect to get nothing back.

2. Just ask her, be open, and let her know it bothered you that she's going to the game.

Send her a certified letter with a copy of the contract stating that she is a month behind & you expect payment by a certain date. If age doesn't follow thru then take her to small claims court.

Never loan money and if you do just know its gone. Id ask her about her month behind payment and remind her it was a loan and you counted on it being paid back.

Well the fact that she's going to the game means absolutely nothing, unless you know for SURE she paid for the tickets herself....So I wouldn't bring that up.

I don't know how she got the tickets but Dallas is an 8 hour drive and they will be staying a motel eating out etc.

The $500 was because she had no food, diapers, toilet paper etc. and I saw she was being truthful when I went over to give her the money.
