To the point I had a panic attack this morning. I have a high pain tolerance but whenever I think about labor and pushing her out it terrifies me.

That's my very real confession.  :/

She's has to come out. It's not bad at all I had 2 completely naturally. You'll be fine. For me no it wasn't the worst pain I've ever had.

I totally understand. I think everyone has at least SOME apprehension about labor. It is totally normal. You'll be ok.

ETA look into Hypno-birthing. It was really amazing!!

Happy Halloween!

Just breath , Google birthing breathing patterns , and get an epidural , you won't feel a thing

I was terrified of something happening to the baby during labor (heard too many horror stories) and my OB said he does lots of elective c-sections for moms who don't want to deall with labor.

Ended up with a section anyway since his heart rate kept dropping

You can do it! It hurts, but it's not that horrible if you don't get induced and you stay active and move around as much as you need to during labor, that really really helps.

It's not as terrifying as you've imagined in your head.
Trust me j went through it too with my first. Just trust your body and in through the nose out through the mouth. Pace yourself.
