Why the fuck do we still have scratch off's and lottery's and all that bullshit instead of taking it from people whow ork hard for money and not get it from playing the lotto or scratch offs. Get rid of the lotto and scratch off and then we would have extra money.

The lotto makes money by people playing it. Getting rid of the lotto wont make extra money for our country.

The lottery makes money for the state and a portion goes towards education.
