True in my case. Not true in every case, but being a good parent certainly doesn't hurt.

False. Not everyone has the same morals, so to say the parents didn't teach values and morals may not be correct.

I don't think it's a black and white answer. I feel that good parents are more likely to have teens who are less needy and therefore not as likely to be sexually active. That being said I don't think parenting is the only variable.

False... because I was raised right & still had sex at the age of 19. Yes, I was an adult, but I was a teen too.

Good parents educate their children, not ignore the fact that they are doing something morally wrong. My DS knows if he wants to prevent children & disease he needs to wrap it! But luckily he is a smart boy & knows that his education is more important & if he wants to be a preacher he can not risk being stupid. And he also knows that God will lead him to the right person at the right time.
