I think good parents do all they can to prevent it. But teens have minds of their own and will so what they want

Good parents talk about birth control, protection from STDs, and hope/pray the kid listens.

Good parents help their kid to make good decisions and help them through the bad ones.

I had a awesome childhood and wonderful parents and was sexually active by 17. I think a good parent is open and honest with their children and provides them with the tools to stay safe.

I wouldn't put no weight into that...

Anon is a worthless, cowardly bitch who is desperate and is looking for attention.

I have a anon who is desperately worried about my husband.. LMAO..

Just another one of those desperate women, sitting on welfare. Ugly as hell and has to hold on to any man that comes around and shows her attention.

Good parents end up with sexually responsible teens (generally.) I have great parents and started around 16 1/2, but I was already on BC so that when I was ready it was an option, and I was thoroughly educated about protection.

How would you be proven wrong? By bad parents not having sexually active teens, or what?

Quoting UgtaBkdnMe:

I think it's true, and will until proven wrong.
