The peanut butter isn't working

I have the huggest hemmorroid. It really hurts when I sit, shit, or have anal. My boyfriend rubbed peanut butter on it, but it hasn't helped. I don't have health insurance so I can't go to a doctor. Is there anything else I can do?

My boyfriends coworker told him it worked. He said either peanut butter or chickpeas, but I can't find no chickpeas.

Are you serious?  If so... Umm.. No more anal, don't put PB on it.  Get some emu oil (great for reducing swelling and inflammation).  Drink plenty of water, no spicy food and use the butt doughnuts to avoid irritating it.  Also WalGreens has some great OTC stuff that can work wonders for them.
