when you gave birth did you

Have your baby(ies) in the room with you @ the hospital or did your baby(ies) go to the nursery?

Me PERSONALLY & DF felt it was better to have DS with us the whole time in the hospital

I kept all 3 of my boys, in my room the entire time. I didn't feel right with them spending their first hours not by my side. The nurses thought I was crazy.

Both times each child stayed with me, and hubby .

My boys were with me 100% of the time. My dd had a few issues when she was born so she stayed in the nursery off and on the 1st day but after that she was by my side.

My son was in a level 2 nursery for a week. He got to spend one night in my room but then his jaundice was too bad. He was a 36 wker. My dd stayed with me the whole time.

All 3 of mine were in the room with me. The only time was when after I had my first, I had to shower and needed help, so my then dh helped me while our dd was in the nursery.
