So far my son knows his 2s, 3s, 4s, 5s, 6s & almost has his 7s down. He is excited to be the "Master of multiplication".

Update: he mastered his 7s :)

update: for those expressing concerns of memorization and how it isnt really math. I explained several times that we dont just memorize things and all of it would come together in lessons. Instead of repeating it in the post ill just post it here. I thought i would share a picture of how its all coming together...

MathUsee has great blocks but my son loves the bears we got from something else. So thats what we used today. He loves it, and i love seeing him have fun with math!  :)

........

Those wanting to know about the bear counters, this is a great site for manipulatives....

http://www.learningresources.com/

And they have other cute ones too like pets and farm animals.

Update:
He really knows numbers! While kids his age are memorizing their home phone numbers, he has memorized our home phone number, My cell number, his dads cell number and his grandmothers home phone number. All on his own.

Why the hostility? Is it because I said we homeschool?
