Mortgage, taxes, HOA is about 3K a mth. 5br, 3bth, 3cg with pool on golf course.

370. I love living in this small town. :) It's a two bedroom apartment. Houses, nice ones, typically run for about 500/month. But in each surrounding county it is a big jump from what we, in our county, pay.

$2,860 a month, includes PITI (mortgage). 5 bedrooms, 4 full baths, 4k sq ft, 11 acres, three 2-car garages.
