Playing Devil's Advocate here, but the same can be said for seatbelts.

I don't think adults should be forced to wear helmets. I just think they're morons for not doing so.

I like the feeling of the wind in my hair as I'm catapulted from my Ninja into the telephone pole on the opposite side of the intersection.

I'm big on helmets, my DH got into a bad accident and would have died if not for his helmet and gear. I do believe the law should be enforced.

There should also be one that says

No Helmet Laws =

Darwinism at Work

Well their life, and their brains. If they don't wish to wear a helmet that's on them. I don't think they should be forced to. But I also don't think adults should be forced to wear seatbelts either.

I think this bumper sticker should say "NO HELMET LAWS = DARWINISM AT ITS BEST"

Michigan Said earlier this year helmets are no longer required. I cringe when I drive past someone not wearing one.

I feel the same way about seatbelts. Although, seatbelts have more of an argument on the "for" side, considering that in a crash, someone could be ejected from their vehicle. Someone not wearing a helmet is only endangering themselves.

That's not playing devil's advocate, that's agreeing.
