Mom Confessions Mom Confessions
This morning on the way to work I had this pain on the lower left side right about where my pelvis is. It hurt enough to make me uncomfortable and lasted about 5 minutes and if I touched that area with any pressure it felt like it was bruised even though its not. After 5 minutes the pain went away but it still feels bruised if I put any pressure on it.

My back started hurting about an hour ago and it's a constant dull pain on the left side and again if I put any pressure on it it feels like a bruise. That pain hasn't gone away.

So what does that sound like? My best guess is kidney stones or infection but there is no pain when I pee or the need to go frequently. I e had utis in the past and there was never pain just a constant need to pee and not being able to pee.

I will go to the doctor or er if the pain gets worse. Right now it's more of a nuisance than anything else, I don't even feel the need to take Tylenol or Advil for the pain.

Ok edit since a lot of people mentioned pregnancy.

We had sex in feb and I got pregnant and miscarried in march. We went through a rough patch and still are going through a rough patch so we've had sex twice since then. Once in September and we used condoms and he pulled out and then once last Sunday the day before my period started and again we used condoms and he pulled out.

So I'm not pregnant.

PRAY it goes away on its own a rupture is really painful I have has 2 rupture one was way worse than the other but neither was fun at all.

Ok, how long does the pain last?

Quoting Anonymous:

It is possible and sometimes some woman get O pain way before they actually O I get mine the day beforeand it could just be early pain leading up to O but I would still think more along the lines of a cycst

My period just ended yesterday so it's not ovulation

Time for a doctor visit, but sounds like when I have ovarian cysts or when they rupture.

If it is close to the time you ovulate it could be mittelschmerz.

Could be Mittelschmerz or as we say it in english, middle pain.. meaning the midde of your cycle, when you ovulate!  It is fairly common.  You can google about it.  I sure had it, too.

It's probably a pitched nerve in your back. If you can lay flat on the floor then take or left leg and cross it over your right leg like how a man would sit if that takes all the pain out go see a chiropractic ASAP.

Between the two pain areas and you having lose stools that's most likely what it is because I have that problem now.

Look up pitched nerve in lower back.

Not a kidney stone. A kidney stone is higher up and in back(where your kidneys are) or like bands around your body. It could be an ovarian cyst. They tend to burst on their own. Worst cse scenario is a tubal pregnancy: if they burst you could die. If you get a fever go to the doctor.

No fever and no chance of pregnancy.
