what do you call your parents?

Do you refer your parents as mom and dad or by their first names now that you are an adult?

I am asking because my boss (64 years old) refers to his late father by his name rather than referring him as "dad". I just find it odd because everyone knows who his dad is (his dad started the company, and the company is his dad's name). 

I call my mom, mom. I call my dad, dad. How about you?

mom and dad. however my husband refers to his parents by their 1st names when talking to me, although in person he calls them mom and dad. I have noticed other guys doing this as well, so maybe its a guy thing.....I dunno.

Mami and Papi. And I call my bm Mama Lucy. This would be spanish.

 mom and dad. but i speak my home language to them so it's "mamma" for mom and "pappa" for dad

My mom is ma or amá. We refer to our late dad as pops or pa.

I call my mother, Mom unless i need her attention and she is ignoring me. Then I use her first name.I call my step dad by his name unless I am referring to him to people who don't know him.

Dad-he raised me and mom's dead.  I called my mom "mom" before she left us all when I was 11.
