15- I had a hardship license
16 got my permit
19 when I got my licence. For me not having my licence was not a big deal. I hated driving then and I still do. The only reason I took the road test for my driver's licence was, because I needed to be able to drive myself back and forth to work. The bus and taxis were costing me a fortune. I ended up with the worst examiner ever my first try. She screamed at me throughout the entire test. Made me so nervous that I was shaking, and then she failed me, because I was 1/8 of an inch too far away from the curb. WTF. I retested 2 weeks later and passed. Thankfully, I got a different examiner.
I am 21 and still dont have even my learners... I can drive but I dont like too. and I am too scared to get one at this time. I had to reteach my momma to read, walk, spell and speak when i was 9 because of a horrible car accident and I am tooo scared of ending up the same way, she is disabled to this day and i dont want my boys to have to take care of me... i know its silly but its my mental phobia
I've never had a driver's license.
