Not sure but a friend of mine grandmother went to the hospital for food poisoning and mentioned her feet were always cold and she had blood clots in her legs.

Poor blood circulation? Idk my hands are always cold. Especially when im typing or on my phone.

I'm that way to its not a medical condition it just is. I got a buttload of slippers I always wear to keep my feet warm

You have bad circulation. It can be an early sign of Diabetes too.
