df says i hate his family.....

i was reading laws for owning dogs and such since we'll be moving soon and df's brother is planning to get a puppy for our ds. so i was looking at stuff and i read that in LA (where were moving) fines you $2000+ for not having your dogs fixed. i told him and said his parents should be careful when the animal control guy goes to their house to catch all the straw cats that he doesnt find out that the dogs arent fixed. he got all pissed off at me and said "see you dont like my family you just want them to get in trouble"

wth? im telling you to warn them to not let the dogs out when the animal control guy goes to get the stray cats
