I do, it's not good for the baby to sit there in their pee; the ammonia in the pee causes diaper rashes. I use cloth diapers and I at least check the diaper every few hours. You're supposed to change their diaper often when they're younger. Karma will get you when you're old and in a nursing home and sitting in a poopie diaper for hours.

I change my sons after EVERY pee or poop. I wouldn't want to sit in my own flith so whould I let my child sit in theirs.
