I wish my neighbors would move away already!!!

The house across the street from me was a rental house, but the landlords got tired of dealing with it and sold it. So now some guys live there. They have people over allllll the time. they sit outside and drink and be annoying. One of them thinks he can play the guitar, so he sits outside and "plays" for HOURS. I can hear them in my house all of the time. And they always make rude comments when I go outside. I was doing laundry one day at a neighbors (my washing machine went kapoot) and was wearing sweats and a hoodie, and one them whistled at me then they all started laughing. I just ignored it and kept on walking. I am ignoring them the best I can, but OMG I want them to get evicted and go away. This used to be a such a nice quiet street.

Next time he decides to serenade the neighborhood with his guitar playing, turn on some loud opera music,

So did they buy the house, or are they just renting it?  If they bought it, they can't be evicted.
