I first got it after my son was born on my knees at 18. I used mg217 a cream from Walgreens and it helped before. I have to get some more I'm breaking out bad again. Also I know water and diet help. But I don't always follow that advice lol. Good luck

A friend of mine had it. Tanning beds worked pretty well.

I have it started on my scalp and at 12 i was literally covered head to toe with it

We have tried everything..... Only thing that works for me is tanning...... I used to havehave spots that covered large parts of my Body

My husband has is over fifty five percent of his body . Severe plaque psoriasis.
He went through treatment after treatment... He was FINALLY approved for Embrel which also treat rheumatoid arthritis and IBS I think.
Psoriosis is an autoimmune disorder

Yes, a tanning bed will help, but not in the long term, you have to stop because the benefit stops.
I'm sorry for the discomfort and pain. This may sound horrific, but not only am I thrilled that his joints won't crack and bleed all winter.... But I don't have to sweep skin cells four to six times a day or wash blood out of the sheets from his poor scratching in his sleep!
