"white cooking" vs " black cooking"

Is there a difference in the way white and black people cook? If so, explain. And which tastes better to you?

I love food from other cultures..If I had a choice between a burger joint or Hispanic/Asian/Italian/Indian etc... I will always pick the "exotic" food. As long as I know what it is lol.

I don't think it's determined by race as much as where you live and learn to cook.

Not necessarily. Anybody is capable recreating a dish if they have the training and time. It doesn't matter what color their skin is. Are we able to tell the skin color of the cooks in our favorite restaurants?

My best friends ex is black and he always used crisco to cook...but I think it was more of a southern thing than 'black' thing. Everything he cooked was delicious.

Not according to the shit I watch on the food network. Also not according to what I see in the grocery stores or with families I've eaten with over the years.

Not all black people use lard. I guess it's just personal preference, but if someone uses lard, I won't eat it, because it's a byproduct of pork.
