Is there a difference in the way white and black people cook? If so, explain. And which tastes better to you?

Food is food! People who can't cook just can't cook it was really stupid to involve race. If your gonna do such a thing include ALL races don't make it about just black and white ppl sheesh

Well, you enjoy your myoglobin, I'll pass. But from the replies, this isnt a 'black thing'

It's not blood, it's myoglobin. Also, a well-rested steak won't "bleed".

I like my steak to still be mooing when it hits my plate. LOL There is nothing better than a rare filet.

Quoting Ideal_Lady:

That is somewhat true and I've noticed a lot of white people undercook theirs. I could never eat any meat with pink in the center.

Quoting SommelierMom:

The one thing that I've noticed within the black community is that they overcook their meat. Beef and pork are always cooked well-done.

I have no clue. I'm Italian so I make a lot of homemade Italian dishes. And grew up in the south so I can make some good country food. I think it is more of a cultural and environmental thing than race.
