My dh hires people, he doesn't see the quality in education from a for profit school such a "university of phoenix" as compared to a conventional university or college.

Really? Why? I go there now but I'm doing the program where I have to go on campus one night a week for class. I'm not really a fan of Phoenix and have seriously been considering transferring to a local school....its way overpriced and not at all what I expected:/

Yes.. :)

I think it is better than not seeing any college on your resume.

The degree doesn't specify if it's online or not so no reason for your resume to.

Schools in california will not hire someone with a teaching credential from UOP

Y'all are scaring me LOL, I attend Phoenix right now and I've already got ALOT of $$ in it. Tuition is almost 10g per year!

Quoting Litlmama87:

That school is like attending Clown College.

I wouldn't doubt it. I think they most likely do.

Do an online search, and read the reviews from alumni. I would highly suggest transferring.
