And I'm also dieting. Unbelieveable I know, but I do believe in treating myself once in a while. Should this kind of food be eaten every day? Every week? Nope. But if I want to have a hamburger once in a while I'm going to. Not every obese person you see on the street sits at home and eats like crap. Some are already in the process of losing weight. I've lost 50 lbs to date, and I don't think my occassional treat is going to kill me. My doctor agrees. Moderation in everything is important.
