should I get a second opinion on dds eye

2 years ago i had eyes checked. They said it goes in toward her nose because in the corner of her eye is extra skin that covers some of the white of her eye. So should get a second opinion? She is 4 now.

My son's eyes looked like that when he was younger, and the eye doctor said it was for that same reason. He's 4 now too, and they no longer look like that. Yes, I would get a second opinion.
