I am banished to the couch :(

Basically, I snore.  My dh has an interview tomorrow morning so he has a very important day and needs his sleep.  He asked and I agree, he really needs his rest tonight and he doesn't sleep well on the couch. Problem is, neither do I.  This job would give him a big raise.  I've tried breathe right strips and throat spray but nothing helps.  I'm just bummed I have to sleep on the couch. :(  Any of you ladies snore and how do you deal with it?

Have you seen a doctor?? Snoring is a symptom of apnea, it may require a cpap machine.

I don't have an air mattress now, but I may have to invest in one. that's a good idea. I would wake him up if I went in there later. My dad used to snore like crazy and I think I may have inherited this from him.

You probably have sleep apnea. Being overweight can cause it too.

My DF is a heavy breather and snores. Most times, I end up on the couch. I just leave him be. It's getting uncomfortable though, as I'm getting bigger with this pregnancy. But I'd rather quiet...as I have to get up at 5:30 every morning to get ready for work, along with getting DD ready and off to school.
