Christmas shopping at Walmart, Target, and Toys R Us. Now I'm done!

How much have you spent on Christmas shopping so far?

 What have you bought?

I have 4 kids (plus two angel tree kids) and bought my dd Disney Princess Little People castle, a Disney Princess wagon, a ball, dream light, a pillow pet, a special mommy/daughter necklace (this was just bought recently)and a doll with little accessories, plus some stocking stuffers.. Bought my boys the laser pegs from Target, Monster Fighter Legos, Halo toys, a bike helmet for my oldest, a tablet for my 7 year old and a tablet for my 4 year old. Oh, also got the Skylanders Giants (all of them) and all the new Skylanders figures. Skylanders pillows and sheet sets. Soccer gear for my oldest, Avengers toys, and a giant Iron Man doll (stuffed). Books, puzzles, winter boots, winter pants, winter coats and gloves, and pajamas for my two youngest kids.

Just spent another $500 on a Dyson vacuum cleaner, a new TV, and Nintendo 3DS game

Have yet to spend anything on Christmas. Which, it'll come earlier for us this year (usually we don't celebrate it until after Christmas, but this year we'll be doing it in mid-December with the ILs). Might spend $500 total on everyone (kids included). The grandparents like to get the kids things, and they already have a ton of toys.

Even if I had the money to spend....I don't think I could spend $1500 on Christmas. That's a lot of chedda.

I've spent about $200 so far.  I'll probably spend another $400-$600, total.  My husband makes good money, but $1500 would make me anxious. :-/

I've spent about $250. I have about $190 left to spend online. That's all just for my kids. I'm going to get some other stuff for my family back in the states when the stuff goes on sale.

That is awesome! Nursing home residents love those sorts of things. Good for you guys!

I'm not worried.

We bring meals to seniors and bring Christmas cards to nursing home residents on Christmas. They get a new outfit, pjs, shoes and one toy for Christmas.

I have no idea what angel tree is. I've heard of it a lot on here though.

$23.98 on toysrus.com

$1 of that went to toys for tots.

yeah, part of the funding went to a few angel tree kids. For some reason, there were only girls on the angel tree. It was kinda strange.

I'm blessed to be able to spend that. We ha an amazing Christmas last year, but the years before it were scarce. I'm so thankful for the little things, as much as the big ones. :)

We have a lot in saving, we have been saving all year for Christmas presents and doing a few kids on the angel tree and helping out a couple of families as well. We try to do it every year, if we can. It's the least we can do to pay it forward.
