Im sending a letter to the medicaid office. Of course there is there address, but i need this to go to the specific case worker that wrote me. So far on the envelope i have this.

Department of Health and Human Services

Spartanburg County

1000 N Pine St STE 23

Spartanburg SC 29303

(copied exactly as it was on the envelope i received, mainly because i had a previous letter sent back to me, with the exact same freaking address on it, but i had written medicaid office on it, instead of what you see above)

Anyways inide my letter was the case workers name who is asking for the information im sending her... so do i just put. her name above what i have written so far? How Like to:......? or what? lol. What would you do? Thanks

Like PP said, either C/O or ATTN: (name) works.
