The cheating spouse

I have heard a lot if people say that if you cheat once, if you're remorseful and feel bad, then you shouldn't tell. Why? I don't need to hear on I would never do this. I know a few people that truly thought they would never do this and they did. I get it.

So what would you do if you cheated, but you're upset and wish you hadn't?

Don't tell. Why hurt the innocent spouse, keep the burden of guilt and remorse to yourself and never ever do it again.

I say don't cheat to begin with then you don't have to feel like a big ball of poopy.

I have cheated and I couldn't live with the guilt. I came clean.  I will never do it again, and I am one of those people that never saw myself doing something like that. I really don't know what got into me.

I have heard this more often these days? How did you tell your husband? What happened when you told him?

Asking a question like this is like asking, "what if the sun turned blue?" Just not plausible.

I think keeping it to yourself is the easy way out.

If you fucked up, come clean and try and work it out.

I did. It was hard, but I couldn't keep it from my fiance. I'm also pretty harsh on those that think about cheating, only because I don't want them to make the same mistake.
