I know people who don't quite qualify for food stamps but can't afford to hardly buy food much less thanksgiving dinner so it sounds good to me.

I don't care. Thanksgiving food is just that- food. What food stamps are meant to purchase. You will have leftovers of good food for your family. Good for you.
