Its all good anyway. They came up with a compromise and so its fine. But seriously, what a fucked up thing to do to employees.

 Business is not about making an unskilled laborer rich, it's about making the owner rich.  It is their fault they'll be unemployed.  Common sense has to come in to play during an economic time that is uncertain, and the Baker's Union did not apply common sense!  They could always look to their union to better use their union dues to make up some of the difference, I wonder how, "poor", the union leaders are?
