Build a tent/fort with blankets and chairs, do crafts with them, movies, play hide and seek

The woman in the avi pic is not me, she is my inspiration.  I am a wife, a mother, and an aspiring trainer and nutritionist. I love seeing people get fit and healthy to lead the lives they are meant to live.

Take ziplock bags put a piece of construction paper inside them along with huge globs of paint. Close them and tape them to your kitchen table. The kids can spread the paint around without making a mess.
