You do know they're not just goint to go look for that person just because you say so right? ? Ins will only proceed if this person has any felonies or a order of deportation .....

Making a report does not automatically get an illegal deported
INS will investigate and see if they have a criminal history and if not will likely be looked over and on to someone posing a potential threat.
