My doctor just called to tell me that my vitamin D was low and that they are calling me in a prescription. Anyone else have problems with low vitamin D?

Yes. I take daily supplements. I used to take the rx one a week pill. That pill was horrible. LOL Daily is much nicer to my system.

I do, but it's part of my overall issue of MS.

Yes.. I had to take s high dose of vitamin 4 for like 6 months..i think it was 50,000 iui and I had bad body aches from the low d. Best way to get vit d is the sun. It's absorbed by your body better that way.

Insulin is not a cure, it's life support.
