Two thanksgivings!

My DF works afternoons, so I'm making thanksgiving dinner on Sunday. I'm also doing a "mini thanksgiving" on Thursday because his daughter (22) will be coming over here (plus my two kids).

So, for Thursday, I bought a 3 lb breast. For Sunday, a 10.5 lb turkey.

Any recommendations for cooking them? I've never cooked a turkey, so I'm not sure what would be best.

Use the oven or deep fryer.

The 3lb would be quick in the oven. Just put some herbs and butter under the skin and you are good to go
