Well it was getting a little heated wasn't it!?

*abortion post

So let me get this straight.. Women can post against abortion.. Women can post for abortion...

But a woman can't ask what to expect during an abortion?

Exactly

Also.. I don't see why someone's trouble conceiving has anything to do with another woman's abortion.

Someone commented being a jerk because she can't conceive
I've never had an abortion. I've miscarried, and it's taken me 6 years to get pregnant and carry... But I don't see how that has anything at all to do with another woman having an abortion

I don't understand that either. If people have gone thru it and can tell her, then go ahead. I don't understand the bashing of her or calling her names for it. This is America and it's legal to have an abortion. If you don't agree, then move on!

I quoted her. Kind of uncalled for.

Quoting Jade89:

Lady claimed she is going to have an abortion in two days (thanks giving day!) and asked what to expect

Then some lady said well must be nice bc she can't get pregnant

As if the two have anything to do with each other

My cramping wasn't even as bad as my regular menstural cramps. Maybe I just got off lucky.

Quoting Greenstone920:

The cramps afterward sucked, but I also never had a single doubt over mine.  Even 11 years later, I feel nothing but relief that I made the right choice.

Quoting Anonymous:

Not in my case, not physically or emotionally. But I also had no doubts.

Quoting kblossom20:

Physically extremely painful. Even if you are sedated. Emotionally though, it'll effect you worse than you can even fathom. If you have ANY doubts about going through with the procedure, don't do it. It's not worth the lifelong pain.

I had replies and it went Poof before i read them :( makes me very sad.

Well, alright then. I'm sure you have valid reasons for going through with it. I hope you're not past 5 weeks though, as that's when the fetus develops a heartbeat :/

Quoting Anonymous:

I'm speaking from my experience, I had one 7 years ago.

Quoting kblossom20:

Just out of curiosity, what makes you so sure it won't emotionally effect you?

Exactly. I'd rather a woman have an abortion than give birth in a bathroom, at home or in a hotel, and kill the baby after its born.

I'm sorry to the woman TTC but one is mutually exclusive of the other. I've never had miscarriage, but I had to have a medical abortion bc issues w the baby.

In FL, where I had mine, I had to wait until after 7 wks.
