Haha, now that I have your attention.......
When do I need to set my turkey out to thaw? I've never done T-day dinner by myself until this year. Advice please? Thanks!

Per the instructions, it should thaw in your fridge for x amount of days depending on the size of the turkey. If you wait too long, you can thaw it under cold running water and change the water every 30 minutes.

Now, if it is still frosty on Wednesday, put it in the sink in a cold bath so it will slowly (but more quickly than keeping it in the fridge) thaw. Do not use hot water, as it will allow the bacteria to grow and make your turkey quite funky.
