Do u go out in your pj's ? I did for the very first time and i feel like a scrub. Never again will i do that.

Not after I have slept in the pjs. I have several pairs of pj bottoms that I wear when I don't feel like wearing jeans. I also only wear them when I know I am not going anywhere.
I might have gone and picked dd up from school in them but I don't get out of the car, so no one sees me in them.

The only way I'd go out in my pjs is if my kids had a medical emergency in the middle of the night and waiting 2 min to throw on clothes would have negative consequences.
