I know a mother of a 2 yr old who is constantly smoking weed around her child. Now I come to find out she's also doing Meth! She is a single mom. I don't think she deserves to have her child when she's doing all these drugs. Is there anything I can do?

Yeah, call CPS.
They will almost definitely take the child away if there is evidence that she is doing meth while with him.
