I let my ex have dd last night for his family Thanksgiving(they always do it the night before) I told him to have her back here by noon today because we were going to my parents today.I get a text about an hour ago and he said we are going to Ohio(we live in tn) for "K's" family thanksgiving we will be back Sunday.I text him back and said BRING MY DAUGHTER BACK HERE NOW OR I WILL CALL THE POLICE IT IS NOT YOUR TIME TO HAVE HER AND YOU ARE NOT TAKING MY DAUGHTER TO YOUR GIRLFRIENDS FAMILY! He said he isnt bringing her back so i called the cops! Now he is saying i am a bitch. In our agreement the day before thanksgiving is his time thanksgiving day is MY time.AND he is not suppose to have any over night guests of the oppisite sex while he has dd until they are married!kinda hard for him to be married to her when he is still married to me!and he admited she stayed the night last night.I am calling Monday and we will go back to court and he will NOT have visitation anymore!(he also quit paying cs 3 months ago)

If it's in your parental agreement, then he can be in contempt of court for not following court ordered rules.

This isnt the first time he has gone against court orders and the judge already told him one more time and he would be put on supervised visitation

The girlfriend wouldn't be a huge deal to me, but taking my child out of state without first talking to me and on my time would leave me beyond pissed.
