I'm tired of reading posts of women who have MULTIPLE abortions!!!!!

Posted by Anonymous   + Show Post

Yes...this is another abortion post. If you are tired of reading these, I don't blame you...but I have to get this out. Feel free to skim over this post if abortion is upsetting for you.

Okay...so I will admit that if I had accidentally gotten pregnant before I met my DH, I would have gotten an abortion. I know a lot about abortion and I think it's horrible, but I would not have wanted to bring a child into the world that I would in no way have been able to take care of. Yes I know that there are other options, but that is what I would have decided.

So...I'm not judging others who have an abortion.

But I am absolutly sickened by these women on CM claiming to have like FOUR abortions like it's nothing.

Abortion is not a birth control option. Birth control is not that difficult to get right and there are soooooo many different kinds of options that at least one is bound to work for you.

There should be a limit of two for abortions. Maybe if women realized that they couldn't just get an abortion after having unprotected sex, they would be more dilligent with their birth control or they would have to deal with the consequences of their actions.

Seriously...what kind of a sick, heartless monster could have so many abortions?

So one killing is okay, but more than one isn't? Your opinion is fucked up.

Kiss my ass. I've had two abortions and will have another if I get pregnant.

I don't give a shit if you're sickened by it. Not your life.

You are right in that taking away women's rights is a very slipperly slope. In cases of maternal health, rape, or incest, I absolutly believe women should be able to have another abortion. But if women are just careless over and over again they need to be stopped.

I don't agree with setting limitations.

You have no idea as to the plethora of reasons women have multiple abortions.

When you start taking away one person's rights it leads to the removal of rights of others. It is a very slippery slope.

then pass by it and don't finish reading it. And how do you know most of these are real? It is the internet.

who are you to say what reasons are valid for women to abort? It's really NONE of your business.

Why does it matter to you? So one is okay but three is bad? Ooooookay

There's no way to prove it. It would be an invasive process in an already delicate situation to uncover the information needed.

I may not personally agree with it either but I won't say I disagree with women having the right to choose to do so.

Why? What gives your opinion the morality police power?

No. One killing is not okay... but it IS legal and people do need them because they are stupid and somehow people still don't understand that sex when ovulating leads to babies.

The point is, if you MUST get an abortion then you better LEARN from that experience and protect yourself.

I had an unplanned pregnancy. I kept my son because I don't agree with abortion. But you BET your ass that I don't have unplanned pregnancies. I've been with the same person for 7 years and I don't use birth control AND I've gotten pregnant EVERY time that I've given myself the chance. It's called being smart and using natural family planning. I LEARNED my lesson.
