My kids didn't get juice until they were a year old and it was always 100% juice with no sugar added and then I would water it down. They didn't get it without water until they were 3 or 4.
Yay, one cup a day.
Nay for me. She is two and has not had juice or soda. She simply does not need it yet. I don't care what other people do with their kids, but this works for us.
My oldest still very rarely gets juice (a couple times a month) and even when she does, its 30% juice and 70% water.
For my kids, one juice per day.
Mine did after the age of 1 and still do. I water it down even now 50% water to juice. They don't know any different and are 5 and amost 4 years old.
