When my son had a rash I changed him before I went to bed at midnight or so.  If he pooped I changed him.  Otherwise I let it go till the morning.  There is NO way I'd wake a sleeping baby for that.

I never did with my son and he'd sleep 12 hours starting at 2 months. The doctor told me it was fine for him to go that long without food too. With my baby girl though I feel I know better, I wouldn't let her go more then 8 without a feeding/diaper change. So I will set my alarm if she starts sleeping longer then that. Right now she usually sleeps 6 maybe 7 hours.

When they woke to BF I would change them and that was all they needed and would go back to sleep. When they were sleeping through most of the night I did not wake them for a change unless they were so full they would leak or if they pooped. With my last I have changed him while he slept and he wouldn't wake up so with him, if he is getting full I do change him. We co-sleep so it is quick and easy and he doesn't have to leave the bed, I just slide the new diaper under the old so whe we take the old diaper off his new diaper just needs to be fastened.

NO!  When they were tiny babies, I changed them when they woke up to eat.  I have never woken a baby up to change them.

No.

I cloth diaper, so I don't ever need to worry about leaks or anything :)
