Good vibes please - having surgery on MOnday

I have 2 ruptured discs in my c-spine.  I am having an artifical cervical disc replacement on MOnday - I will be in the hospital for 1-2 days and then off from work for 6 weeks.  Please wish me luck, I am always super nervous before surgery.  here is the MRI, you can actually see the herniation pushing on my spinal canal
